To Ensure the Best Service, Please Follow These Steps

  • Request a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
For customers outside a RASHA® covered region, contact your local distributor. Do not send any product without obtaining an RA#. Do not write the RA# directly on the box—place it on a removable label (e.g., shipping label).
Note: RA# is valid for 5 business days only.

  • Properly pack and insure all returned products.
Damage during return shipment—including from inadequate packing or carrier mishandling—is the customer’s responsibility. Double-box all returns or use the original packaging with protective materials such as foam or peanuts. RASHA® recommends removing accessories such as brackets or handles to avoid damage during shipping.

  • Return shipping must be prepaid and insured using a trackable service (UPS or FedEx).
If the product is within warranty and shipped from within the 48 contiguous United States, RASHA® will cover the cost of return shipping back to you. RASHA® will choose the shipping method.
Return shipments outside the 48 contiguous United States are the customer’s responsibility.

Products Not Under Warranty

Notify your RASHA® service advisor that your product is out of warranty when requesting an RA#. Once the unit is received, you will be informed of the repair cost unless the total is under $35.00 USD, in which case the repair will proceed without prior approval.

Repaired units will be returned once payment for repair and shipping is received. All repairs include a 90-day limited warranty (from the date the repaired unit is handed to the shipping carrier), covering replaced parts and repair labor for defects in material or workmanship. All exclusions and limitations of the original limited warranty also apply to repair warranties.

RASHA® is not responsible for loss or damage to accessories or additional items returned with the product. RASHA® is not responsible for repair or shipping delays.

Important: Defective products must arrive at RASHA® no later than the last day of the applicable warranty period. Products received after the warranty period expires will not be eligible for warranty service.

RASHA® Limited Warranty – United States

This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser, is non-transferable, and applies only to products sold within the United States. For products purchased outside covered regions, consult your local RASHA distributor (warranty policies vary by country).

A dated proof of purchase is required. Claims without proof of purchase will not be accepted.

No RASHA® agent, employee, or representative may modify or extend this warranty. Any conflicting terms presented in purchase orders or other buyer documents are void.

If a product fails during the warranty period and RASHA® confirms it failed due to a covered cause, RASHA® may, at its sole discretion:

  • Repair the defective product or part

  • Replace the defective product or part

  • Reimburse a prorated portion of the purchase price based on remaining warranty time

If a product or part is discontinued, RASHA® may substitute a comparable replacement.
