Every November, a big part of the wedding business heads to Las Vegas for Wedding MBA. Planners, DJs, venue owners, florists, rental companies and photographers spend a few days in classes, at the parties and walking the show floor looking for what's next. This year we'll be there too, with a booth full of gear you can touch, aim and switch on yourself.

Photos and spec sheets only go so far. You can't judge the color of an uplight on a phone screen, and you can't see how low fog sits on a floor from a video. At the booth you can. Here's everything you need to plan your visit.

Wedding MBA 2026: event details

When is the Wedding MBA show floor open?

The exhibit hall is open two days. Our team will be at Booth #2345 for both.

• Wednesday, November 18: 9:30 am to 5:00 pm. This is the longer day, so it's the best time for a full walk-through and demos.

• Thursday, November 19: 9:30 am to 3:00 pm. The floor closes at 3:00 pm sharp and booths start packing up right after, so don't leave us for the last half hour.

What about Tuesday, November 17? Tuesday is set-up day for exhibitors. We'll be building the booth that afternoon, but the show floor is not open to visitors. Plan to come by Wednesday or Thursday.

What you can see at Booth #2345

We're bringing the products wedding and event crews ask us about most, set up the way you'd use them at a real event.

Lighting

• Bullet Pinspot: a battery-powered warm white pinspot (2,800K) with a 3° to 15° manual zoom, a soft-edge beam and up to 20 hours of runtime. The magnetic base and flexible neck let you put it on truss, a beam or a stand without tools. Ask us to light a centerpiece with it.

• Cybrid G2: a hybrid moving head that does beam, spot and wash, with a 300W LED engine rated at 23,000 lumens. It has a motorized 2° to 35° zoom with autofocus, plus rotating and static gobos. Great for dance floors and stage looks.

• Photon Hybrid: another spot, beam and wash in one fixture, with a 6° to 42° motorized zoom, autofocus, dual gobo wheels and a 5-facet rotating prism. DMX and RDM control.

• Core: a battery uplight with four 18W hex RGBAW+UV LEDs, up to 10 hours on a charge, and control from an iOS or Android app over Wi-Fi or by 2.4 GHz wireless DMX.

• Crux: a battery uplight with nine 6-in-1 RGBWA+UV hex LEDs, a 25° beam, up to 7 hours of runtime and built-in 2.4 GHz wireless DMX.

LED video walls

• On Stage P2.6: an LED video panel rated for indoor and outdoor use. Hang it, curve it or mount it, then control and monitor it remotely. Built tough and weather resistant for crews who set up in a new place every weekend.

• Ultraline 1.86: a 1.86 mm indoor LED display with a 3,840 Hz refresh rate, camera safe from 24 to 60 fps, so it looks clean on video and in photos. It's closed-back and front-serviceable, with no rear clearance needed, which makes it a good fit for banquet halls, lobbies and bars.

SFX machines

• AllSparx: a cold spark machine with spark height presets of 3, 6 or 9 feet. It runs by DMX or IR remote and is made for indoor venues: no flame, no smoke and no odor. It's the grand entrance and first-dance moment couples ask for.

• CO2 Fogger: a CO2-style fog jet with 21 RGB LEDs that color the column, 1,500 CFM of output, a 45-second warm-up and DMX, IR remote, manual and timer modes.

• Cloud Master: a dry ice machine for the "dancing on the clouds" look. It holds 55 lb of dry ice, covers up to 3,229 square feet and runs up to 20 minutes at full output. It has DMX and an IR remote, and shuts off on its own if it overheats or runs low on water or ice.

New products at Wedding MBA 2026

Wedding MBA is one of the first chances to see our latest launches up close:

• Rodie X12: a calibrated six-color IP65 wash light. It covers 83 white presets from 1,800K to 10,000K at CRI 96 and up, so skin tones, linens and flowers look right on camera. It's rated IP65 for semi-permanent outdoor use, like a patio or garden ceremony.

• K2FX: a moving head wash with an RGBW main LED and a lit Aura FX panel for pixel effects. It has a 5° to 55° motorized zoom, continuous pan and tilt, and DMX, RDM, Art-Net, sACN, wireless DMX and CRMX control.

• Wedlok (Wedlok 4 and Wedlok 7): battery-powered IP65 uplights with an RGB-ACL color engine for cleaner whites and softer pastels, a smooth 25° beam and more than 20 hours on a charge. Wireless DMX and an IR remote are built in, and they work indoors or out.

• Bullet Bar: six warm white pinspots (2,700K, CRI 95) on one battery-powered bar. Each head aims, zooms (3° to 15°) and dims on its own, so one bar on a truss can light six tables. It runs 7 to 10 hours at full output and charges while it runs.

4. Come early on Thursday. The floor closes at 3:00 pm on Nov 19, and booths start packing right after.
